SHADOW knives

Samura Shadow knives are of a high quality and flawless appearance with minimal care. A razor-sharp blade made of AUS-8 stell and Black non-stick coating stops products sticking during cutting. The lightweight handle is made of ANS plastic.

The black nakiri kitchen knife from the Samura Shadow collection is a kind of kitchen hatchet. But his main task is not at all the cutting of solid products or other power actions. The main purpose of nakiri is to work with products of plant origin. The thinnest blade can easily, but very carefully, chop, chop or chop various vegetables, herbs and fruits.

The wide rectangular blade of the knife is coated with a special Black anti-slip coating. It protects steel from mechanical damage and prevents the buildup of food.
