Print in 3D and create prototypes, spare parts, quick and on-demand production, etc. in any shape or geometry. Gearlab 3D Filaments come in different plastic materials and with varying properties. PA (Polyamide) Nylon is an incredibly tough, durable, and versatile 3D printing material, which is fl exible when thin, but with very high inter-layer adhesion. Nylon fi lament prints as a bright natural white with a translucent surface and can absorb most common colour dyes added post process. Nylon works well for printing objects like gears, nuts, bolts, hinges and other functional parts. Please note that nylon fi lament is extremely sensitive to moisture and need to be stored in a dry environment, only to be opened immediately before printing. After printing, it is highly recommended to store the nylon fi lament in a dry environment and use silica gel, re-sealable bag, vacuum, and/or elevated temperature for best storage.
