The 3Doodler Start+ is a turquoise 3D pen designed for safe, child-friendly creative projects. It uses ECO cartridges made from compostable, non-toxic, BPA-free material and extrudes warm (not hot) plastic that hardens within seconds, allowing safe hand-shaping. The pen runs on USB power and, when fully charged, can operate wirelessly for 45–60 minutes. How to use
Slide the power button to turn the pen on and wait about one minute for it to heat up. Choose an ECO cartridge color and insert the refill into the cartridge slot until you feel resistance. Use the cartridge eject button to advance or retract refills: a single click starts or stops extrusion, a quick double-click retracts the refill. The LEDs indicate status: red while warming, green when ready and yellow while charging. The plastic extruded from the 0.77 mm nozzle hardens after a few seconds, allowing you to shape or join parts by hand.
