## Long description

The ABX ARKTIS 8 ROTARY Wood Burning Stove Black Metallic Sand 8 kW is a high-performance heating solution designed to provide efficient and reliable warmth for residential spaces. Combining a functional rotary design with a sophisticated black metallic and sand finish, this wood burning stove serves as a practical and attractive addition to living rooms, cabins, and modern interiors.
Advantages
This wood burning stove offers exceptional heating performance with an 8 kW power output, ensuring rapid and effective warming of medium to large rooms. The innovative rotary mechanism allows the stove to be turned, optimizing the viewing angle of the fire and heat distribution within the space. Constructed from durable steel, the appliance is built for longevity and consistent daily use. Its refined color combination of black metallic and sand enhances various interior design styles, blending seamlessly into contemporary and traditional home environments.
Suitable for
Heating residential living rooms and open-plan spaces
Installation in holiday cabins and cottages
Enhancing modern and transitional interior decors
Providing reliable supplemental warmth during colder months
When it may not be suitable
This stove may not be suitable for very small rooms or apartments where an 8 kW heat output would cause overheating. It is also unsuitable for spaces without an appropriate chimney or flue system capable of safely handling wood combustion exhaust.
Key specifications
Nominal heat output: 8 kW
Material: Steel
Color: Black metallic and sand
Height: 120.3 cm
Width: 65 cm
Depth: 51.3 cm
Weight: 173 kg
How to use
Before operating the stove, ensure the installation complies with all local building regulations and fire safety standards, specifically regarding clearances from combustible materials. Use only seasoned, dry wood as fuel to maximize heating efficiency and minimize creosote buildup in the chimney. Open the air controls to ignite the kindling, and once a stable fire is established, add larger logs and adjust the airflow to maintain the desired burn rate and heat output. Regular ash removal and periodic inspection of the glass and seals are recommended to keep the appliance functioning correctly.
What to consider before purchase
Verify that your living space has adequate floor weight capacity to support the 173 kg weight of the stove.
Ensure a certified chimney or flue connection is available for safe installation.
Check local environmental and emissions regulations regarding wood burning appliances in your area.
Confirm that the 8 kW power output is appropriately scaled for the dimensions of the room to be heated.
Usage recommendations
Always follow the manufacturer guidelines for fuel selection, routine maintenance, and safe operation. Keep flammable items at a safe distance from the stove during use and utilize protective gloves when handling controls or adding wood.
