The ACT AOC 25 m HDMI cable combines copper conductors and optical fiber to transmit 4K@60Hz video and multichannel audio over long distances up to 100 m without data loss. It supports an 18 Gbps 4:4:4 bandwidth, HDR, HDCP 2.2, EDID, DDC, CEC, Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD Master Audio and ARC. The cable is supplied on a coil and features a detachable plug with a protective pulling eye to simplify installation through conduits and plenum spaces.

Active Optical Cable (AOC) construction uses copper for power/signalling and kevlar-protected glass fiber for the high-speed video path, enabling stable 4K@60Hz transmission over long runs with low RFI/EMI.
