The ACT AK4174 DisplayPort cable is a 40 m Active Optical Cable (AOC) designed to carry DisplayPort 2.1 signals over long distances without data loss. The hybrid copper-and-fiber construction supports UHBR10 DP40 bandwidth (40 Gbps) and can handle up to 7680 x 4320 (8K) at 60 Hz with HDR, HDCP 2.2, EDID and multi-channel audio formats. The cable features a Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) jacket, Kevlar-reinforced fiber and aluminium-foiled shielding, and is supplied in a box. No external power is required; the hybrid design supports 3.3 V along the full length.
