The slimline cable has a reduced outer diameter (3.6 mm) compared with standard CAT6A patch cords, providing a smaller bend radius and improved airflow in server racks and network cabinets. The LSZH jacket minimizes the release of toxic gases in case of fire or cable damage. The cable uses full copper 28AWG conductors and 50µ gold-plated RJ45 contacts, and meets the ANSI/TIA-568.2-D standard.
