ACT FB8100 is a Cat8 U/FTP (STP) slimline datacenter patch cable with RJ‑45 connectors on both ends and a length of 0.5 m. It supports a maximum bandwidth of 2000 MHz (40 Gbit) and is intended for short runs between active devices such as switches, NAS devices and patch panels in data center or server-rack environments. The cable uses full copper 30 AWG conductors and 50 µin gold-plated RJ45 contacts, and is manufactured to comply with international standards with 100% testing.
