The ADATA Ultimate SU650 512 GB 2.5" SATA 6Gb/s (ASU650SS-512GT-R) is a solid-state drive designed to upgrade laptops and desktops. It uses 3D NAND Flash to provide improved efficiency and reliability over 2D NAND drives, offering up to 520 MB/s sequential read and 450 MB/s sequential write speeds for faster booting, file transfers and application loading. The drive has no moving parts, which reduces power consumption and improves resistance to shock and vibration while helping protect stored data.

3D NAND architecture delivers a better cost-performance ratio and increased endurance compared with traditional 2D NAND SSDs.
