Its double-wall construction combines an AISI 304 stainless-steel inner layer in contact with water and a heat-resistant plastic outer layer with an air gap to keep water hot longer while the exterior stays cool. The kettle includes a Strix® contact group, a stainless-steel limescale filter, automatic shut-off and dry-boil protection, 360° rotation on the stand, cord winding, and an illuminated power button.
