Hood for MotionProtect Outdoor (AJAX-HOODW) is a polycarbonate cover designed to protect the anti-masking sensors of Ajax MotionProtect Outdoor from rain, snow and direct exposure. It reduces the chance of false alarms caused by precipitation or snow buildup on the sensor surface and is compatible with the existing MotionProtect Outdoor housing. The hood is supplied with mounting materials and can be fitted without removing the detector from its bracket.
