## Long description

Akson pilot cap with epaulettes for adults, model 522964, is a structured pilot-style headwear designed as a uniform accessory. It features a firm crown and a shaped visor that maintain a classic aviation silhouette. Integrated epaulettes allow presentation of rank or insignia on the cap, making it suitable for airline, maritime or ceremonial uniforms and for costume applications where a formal pilot look is required.
Advantages
The cap combines a traditional pilot profile with integrated epaulettes for clear rank display while keeping a compact and wearable form. Its structured crown and molded visor provide consistent shape and visual presence. As a uniform component, the design supports easy pairing with jackets and formal attire and is suitable for repeated use in service or event settings.
Suitable for
Airline and aviation uniform ensembles
Maritime and shipboard officer uniforms
Ceremonial occasions and formal parades
Costume and theatrical productions requiring a pilot look
Key specifications
Adult size, unspecified exact dimensions—intended for standard adult head sizes
Pilot-style construction with firm, structured crown
Shaped visor/peak for classic silhouette
Integrated epaulettes on the cap for attaching rank insignia
Designed as a uniform accessory suitable for repeated wear
How to use
Place the cap on the head so the visor sits parallel to the eyes and the crown rests comfortably without excessive pressure. Position the integrated epaulettes facing forward or aligned with the uniform’s shoulder orientation according to your organisation’s dress regulations, and attach rank insignia or pins to the epaulettes as required. Adjust the fit where possible by using any internal sizing features or by selecting the appropriate method of securing the cap in place for comfortable all-day wear.
Usage recommendations
For uniform use, pair the cap with the corresponding jacket and insignia to ensure consistent presentation. Store the cap on a flat surface or form to preserve the shape of the crown and visor; clean according to fabric care guidance to maintain appearance.
