## Long description

The Alecto WS1200 Weather Station with Wireless Outdoor Sensor is a reliable home weather monitoring device designed to track indoor and outdoor environmental conditions with precision. Featuring a compact 3.8-inch clear display, this battery-operated weather station provides essential meteorological data including temperature, humidity, and precipitation measurements. Equipped with a DCF controlled clock and an integrated alarm function, it combines practical timekeeping with daily weather tracking to help you stay informed about the climate around your home.
Advantages
This weather station offers the convenience of a wireless outdoor sensor with a transmission range of up to 30 meters, allowing flexible placement outside your home. It comprehensively tracks both indoor and outdoor temperature alongside humidity levels and precipitation data. The built-in memory function stores the lowest and highest measured values, enabling you to review environmental fluctuations over time. Additionally, the DCF controlled clock ensures precise time synchronization automatically, while the integrated alarm function makes it a versatile desktop or wall accessory.
Suitable for
Monitoring indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity at home
Tracking daily precipitation levels for gardening or household planning
Using as a desktop clock with an alarm function in bedrooms or living areas
Keeping track of minimum and maximum historical weather values
When it may not be suitable
This device may not be suitable for professional agricultural or meteorological applications that require certified scientific accuracy and advanced data logging capabilities. Furthermore, homes or properties requiring an outdoor sensor range significantly greater than 30 meters or requiring wind speed and direction measurements will need an alternative weather station model.

How to use
To set up the Alecto WS1200 weather station, insert the required batteries into both the main display unit and the wireless outdoor sensor. Place the outdoor sensor within 30 meters of the main unit in a location protected from direct heavy elements for the most accurate readings. Once powered, the DCF controlled clock will automatically synchronize the time. Use the operational buttons on the main unit to view current indoor and outdoor temperature, humidity, precipitation, and to check the stored minimum and maximum values.
What to consider before purchase
Ensure the distance between the outdoor sensor and the main display unit does not exceed 30 meters
Verify that the battery-operated power supply meets your preference for placement and maintenance
Consider that this model measures temperature, humidity, and precipitation, but does not include wind speed or direction sensors
Usage recommendations: Position the wireless outdoor sensor in a shaded, well-ventilated spot outdoors to ensure accurate temperature and humidity readings unaffected by direct sunlight. Replace batteries regularly in both units to maintain reliable wireless transmission and continuous data logging.
