## Summary description

Allpowers SF100 100W flexible monocrystalline photovoltaic solar panel with IP68 protection, MC4 connectors, and 90 cm cable. Designed for RVs, boats, and outdoor off-grid systems.

## Long description

The Allpowers SF100 100W Flexible Monocrystalline Photovoltaic Solar Panel IP68 is designed to provide reliable off-grid power for mobile and outdoor applications. Featuring high-efficiency monocrystalline solar cells and a durable, flexible construction, this solar panel adapts seamlessly to curved surfaces where traditional rigid modules cannot be installed. With weather-resistant ratings and standard MC4 connectors, it integrates smoothly into various photovoltaic setups.
Advantages
This flexible solar panel offers exceptional adaptability, featuring a slim profile that can bend up to approximately 260 degrees to fit curved roofs and surfaces. Its multi-layered monocrystalline cells deliver a declared efficiency of up to 25%, maximizing solar energy generation. Integrated mounting holes ensure secure installation, while robust weather protection ratings help safeguard the unit against dust, rain, and moisture during extended outdoor use.
Suitable for
RVs and motorhome roofs
Travel trailers and campers
Boats and marine environments
Portable solar power kits
Small off-grid photovoltaic installations
When it may not be suitable
This panel may not be suitable for applications requiring a completely rigid mounting surface or permanent structural integration on non-curved large roofs where standard rigid panels are more cost-effective. It is also not designed to be submerged in water despite its high weather resistance ratings.
Key specifications
Rated power: 100 W
Cell type: Monocrystalline
Cell efficiency: Up to 25 percent
Dimensions: 978 × 580 × 2.1 mm
Bendability: Up to approximately 260 degrees
Panel protection rating: IP68
Junction box and connector protection rating: IP67
Cable length: Approximately 900 mm with MC4 connectors
How to use
Position the solar panel on a clean, slightly curved or flat surface and secure it using the integrated mounting holes along the edges. Connect the attached cables to a compatible charge controller or energy storage system using the standard MC4 connectors. Ensure the panel is placed in an area with unobstructed sunlight exposure to achieve optimal energy conversion efficiency during operation.
What to consider before purchase
Verify compatibility with your existing charge controller and energy storage system
Measure the installation surface to ensure the 978 × 580 mm dimensions fit properly
Assess the maximum curvature of your mounting surface to stay within the 260-degree bendability limit
Usage recommendations: Regularly clean the multi-layered panel surface to remove dust and debris for maximum solar radiation absorption. Avoid walking or placing heavy objects on the module, and ensure proper cable routing to prevent strain on the MC4 connectors.
