The Alphacool Aurora Plexi GPX Eisblock is a GPU water block designed to combine effective cooling performance with extensive addressable RGB illumination. Manufactured in copper with nickel plating and a transparent acrylic top, the block measures 282 x 142 x 25 mm and is intended to improve cooling of the GPU core, VRM components and memory by optimizing contact distances, reducing material thickness and improving internal flow.
Advantages
The design reduces thermal pad thickness to 1 mm and decreases the copper block thickness to 5.5 mm to bring the cooler closer to components, improving heat transfer. Internal coolant channels and flow have been optimized so that voltage regulators and memory receive better water contact. Embedded addressable digital RGB LEDs run along the full length of the block for uniform lighting, while bevelled edges in the acrylic top enhance light diffusion.
