It combines a black transparent acrylic top with a nickel‑plated copper cold plate and integrated addressable RGB lighting. The block measures 352 x 172 x 43 mm, weighs 1.784 kg and is intended to improve GPU cooling efficiency and maintain component temperatures for sustained performance.
Advantages
The design reduces thermal pad thickness to 1 mm and decreases the copper plate thickness to 5.5 mm to bring coolant closer to critical components, while an optimized internal water flow increases heat transfer to the coolant.
