Alphacool thermal pad with a thermal conductivity of 3 W/m·K, sized 30 x 30 x 2 mm and supplied in grey. The pad is soft and highly conformable, allowing it to fill small gaps, surface irregularities and micro-grooves between heat-generating components and cooling solutions to improve thermal contact. Each pack contains two pads. The protective film on the pad surface must be removed before installation. Pads can be trimmed to size with scissors or a sharp knife.
