The Alphacool Eisblock XPX Aurora Pro is a high-performance CPU water block designed for processors with very large cores, including AMD Threadripper and Intel CPUs for LGA 2066 and LGA 3647 (narrow ILM). The block combines a nickel-plated copper contact surface with an acrylic top and an aluminium LED frame, and includes integrated addressable aRGB illumination compatible with 3-pin 5V headers.
Advantages
The cooler base is optimized for large processor dies, providing a contact area of 42 x 58.6 mm and 147 cooling fins to increase heat transfer. The base is made of nickel-plated copper to take advantage of copper’s higher thermal conductivity. The integrated aluminium LED frame houses up to 14 addressable RGB LEDs and supports standard 3-pin 5V motherboard connections; a built-in Y-adapter simplifies chaining other Alphacool Aurora products.

Position the water block over the CPU and fasten it using the supplied knurled mounting screws; depending on the mounting variant the screws may be fitted before or after placing the block. No tools are required for final tightening thanks to the knurled screw heads.
