The Alphacool GPX-N Water block + Backplate (Acrylic Aluminium Copper Black, 144.7mm) is a full-cover GPU cooler developed for Nvidia GeForce RTX 4XXX reference cards. The cooler uses an optimized fin structure and a revised jet plate to improve water flow and increase cooling surface area, enabling efficient dissipation of the higher heat output of the latest GPU generation. The unit is made from chrome-plated copper and includes a matching backplate; it also features digitally addressable RGB (5V) illumination and comes with thermal paste and thermal pads suitable for GPU core, memory and VRM cooling.
Advantages
The fin thickness and spacing (0.4 mm each) were developed with Nvidia board partners to ensure high heat transfer while maintaining good water flow. A modified jet plate distributes inflowing water more evenly across the fins, improving heat absorption.
