## Long description

The Ambiance HEAT FB.021 Steel Fire Bowl is an outdoor fire pit designed to provide open flames and radiant heat for terraces, patios and backyard gatherings. Constructed from steel with a rounded bowl shape, this fire pit supports wood burning and delivers a simple, visible focal point for outdoor living spaces. The design emphasizes straightforward assembly and seasonal use, offering both functional heating and decorative flame effects.
Advantages
The steel construction offers durable resistance to heat and straightforward maintenance, while the bowl shape promotes even combustion and a contained fire area. Its uncomplicated design makes setup and storage convenient, and the open-top form provides good airflow for efficient wood burning. As a freestanding unit, it can be positioned flexibly on different outdoor surfaces to create a warm gathering spot.
Suitable for
Heating and atmosphere for small to medium terraces and patios
Backyard gatherings, outdoor dinners and social evenings
Decorative open-flame feature for gardens and outdoor seating areas
Temporary seasonal outdoor heating when wood fuel is available
When it may not be suitable
This fire bowl is intended for outdoor use only and should not be used inside garages, tents or enclosed spaces due to fire and carbon monoxide risks. It may not be suitable for very windy or exposed sites without a windbreak, as strong winds can scatter embers and affect flame stability. If you require integrated spark arrestors, grill accessories, or a permanently installed hearth, this simple freestanding bowl may not meet those needs.
Key specifications
Material: steel
Design: freestanding rounded fire bowl
Fuel type: wood (open burning)
Intended use: outdoor (terrace, patio, garden)
Typical use: seasonal, portable heating and decorative flames
How to use
Place the steel fire bowl on a stable, non-combustible surface away from overhanging structures and combustible materials. Build a safe wood fire in the center of the bowl using kindling and small logs, allowing proper airflow for sustained combustion. Maintain a safe distance around the fire and monitor it continuously while lit. After use, fully extinguish embers with water or sand and allow the bowl to cool before moving or storing. Follow local regulations and any additional safety instructions provided with the product.
What to consider before purchase
Confirm you have sufficient outdoor space and a non-flammable surface for placement
Check local rules and restrictions on open wood fires in your area
Plan for seasonal storage to protect the steel finish from prolonged exposure
Consider whether you need additional accessories such as a spark screen or fire tools
Usage recommendations
Use dry, seasoned hardwood for cleaner burning and reduced smoke. Keep a fire extinguisher or water source nearby, and avoid using accelerants. Regularly remove ash buildup to maintain airflow and inspect the steel surface for rust or damage before each season.
