## Long description

The Ambition Lukrecja cake knife with a 30 cm blade and centimeter scale is a practical and precise instrument designed for both home and professional pastry making. It allows you to easily slice cakes, tortes, and sponges into neat, even portions. The silver-colored blade is equipped with a 28 cm centimeter scale, which helps precisely control slice thickness, making it especially convenient when preparing multi-layered cakes and tortes. The long blade ensures comfortable cutting of larger bakes and sheet cakes, while the ergonomic black handle guarantees a secure grip and comfortable handling during extended use. This knife is suitable for daily baking as well as festive desserts, serving as a useful tool for any kitchen where clean and uniform presentation matters.
Advantages
The Ambition Lukrecja cake knife features a long 30 cm silver-colored blade that easily accommodates large cakes and bakes in a single smooth motion. The integrated 28 cm centimeter scale directly on the blade allows for accurate measurement and precise thickness control when portioning. The ergonomic black handle is carefully shaped to provide a secure and comfortable grip, reducing hand fatigue during prolonged pastry preparation tasks. Additionally, the knife is dishwasher safe, ensuring convenient cleaning and maintenance after every use in home or professional environments.
Suitable for
Slicing multi-layered tortes and sponge cakes into even portions
Cutting large sheet cakes and homemade bakes
Portioning festive desserts and everyday baked goods
Home kitchens and professional pastry preparation
When it may not be suitable
This knife may not be suitable for heavy-duty kitchen tasks such as cutting through frozen foods, dense root vegetables, or hard bones. Due to its specialized long blade designed for pastry slicing, it is not intended for general multi-purpose chopping or butchery work.
Key specifications
Blade length: 30 cm
Centimeter scale length: 28 cm
Blade color: Silver
Handle color: Black
Dishwasher safe: Yes
How to use
To use the Ambition Lukrecja cake knife, place the blade against the pastry and utilize the integrated centimeter scale to measure the desired portion width. Guide the long blade smoothly through the cake using gentle sawing or sliding motions from the heel to the tip of the blade. Avoid twisting the blade inside the pastry to ensure straight cuts and clean edges. Clean the knife thoroughly after use to maintain its condition.
What to consider before purchase
Ensure the 30 cm blade length fits your storage space and cutting board dimensions
Verify that the intended use matches pastry slicing rather than general kitchen chopping
Confirm that dishwasher compatibility aligns with your preferred cleaning routine
Usage recommendations
For best results, use the Ambition Lukrecja cake knife on a stable cutting board and clean the blade immediately after slicing sticky frostings or moist sponge cakes. Although the knife is dishwasher safe, hand washing and drying promptly can help preserve the blade surface and scale markings over extended periods of frequent use.
