Arctic Silver AS5 is a premium thermal compound formulated with a high-density mix of micronized silver and thermally conductive ceramic particles to improve heat transfer between modern CPUs or GPUs and heatsinks or water-cooling blocks. The 3.5 g syringe contains a compound engineered for a broad range of bond-line thicknesses and long-term stability with a rated thermal conductivity of 9 W/m·K and an operating temperature range of -50 to 130 °C.

Arctic Silver AS5 uses 99.9% pure silver particles in three unique shapes and sizes to increase particle-to-particle contact and thermal transfer.
