Arctic Silver AS5 3.5g is a premium heat sink compound formulated for efficient thermal transfer between modern high-power CPUs or GPUs and high-performance heatsinks or water-cooling solutions. The paste combines micronized pure silver with thermally conductive ceramic particles to deliver stable, long-term heat conduction across typical bond lines.
Advantages
Arctic Silver 5 contains 99.9% pure silver in three particle shapes and sizes to increase particle-to-particle contact and thermal transfer. The compound is high-density, with over 88% thermally conductive filler by weight, including sub-micron zinc oxide, aluminum oxide and boron nitride, which enhance performance and stability. A proprietary, silicone-free suspension gives controlled triple-phase viscosity: easy application from the syringe, initial thinning to fill microscopic gaps, then slight thickening over 50–200 hours to its stable long-term consistency.
