The ATEN VE1833 True 4K HDMI/USB HDBaseT 3.0 - Lite Transceiver combines transmitter and receiver functions in a single compact unit, enabling flexible configuration via a DIP switch for various AV setups. Using HDBaseT 3.0 technology, the VE1833 transmits uncompressed True 4K HDMI signals (up to 4096 × 2160) over a single Cat 6a cable for distances up to 40 m, and supports advanced formats such as HDR, HDR10+ and Dolby Vision. The unit also carries independent stereo audio, USB 2.0, IR and bi-directional RS-232 over the same cable, and provides HDMI audio embedding and de-embedding.
