The Axagon CRE-SMPA is a foldable pocket smart card / ID card reader with a USB-A 480Mbps interface. Its compact, foldable design and integrated loop make it highly portable; the USB-A connector ensures compatibility with most computers and many mobile devices via suitable adapters. The reader supports contact smart cards including contact bank payment cards and many national electronic ID cards, and is compatible with common operating systems when the appropriate eID or card application is installed on the host device.
