The die-cast aluminium body provides mechanical protection and efficient heat dissipation, while the brushed finish reduces visible fingerprints. The enclosure supports S.M.A.R.T. monitoring, HDD auto spindown and turn-off functions, and includes an external 12 V / 2.5 A power adapter and an 80 cm USB-B to USB-A cable for immediate use.
