Ballarini Alba wok Ø30 cm with 4.5 mm wall thickness is a deep nonstick cooking pan designed for stir-frying, sautéing and braising. The pan features a forged, extra-thick die-cast aluminium body and an aluminium-steel base that offers even heat distribution and stable contact with all cooktops, including induction. The ultra-durable Keravis Ti-X nonstick coating with titanium reinforcement is free from PFOA, nickel and heavy metals. Heat-resistant stainless steel V-handle with stainless rivets provides stability and stays cool during use; the wok is oven-safe up to 250 °C and dishwasher safe. Made in Italy.
