The Ballarini Rialto grill pan, 28×28 cm with a 4 mm thick base and ridged surface, is designed for stovetop grilling of meats, fish and vegetables. Made of die-cast aluminium with a durable, scratch-resistant PTFE nonstick coating, the pan delivers even heat distribution and allows fats to drain away while producing grill marks. The Thermopoint® heat indicator in the ergonomic plastic handle shows when the pan reaches the correct cooking temperature. The pan is oven-safe up to 160°C, compatible with gas, electric, ceramic and halogen hobs, and is dishwasher-safe. Made in Italy.

How to use
Place the Ballarini Rialto grill pan on a compatible hob and preheat. Watch the Thermopoint® on the handle: when the dot changes from green to red the pan has reached the recommended cooking temperature; reduce the flame if necessary and place food on the ridged surface to create grill marks. Cook meats, fish or vegetables to the desired doneness, turning as required. For oven finishing, transfer to an oven set to no more than 160 °C. After cooling, wash by hand or place in the dishwasher according to your preference.
Usage recommendations
To prolong nonstick performance, avoid prolonged dry overheating and sharp thermal shocks.
