The pan features a three-layer KERAVIS ceramic-reinforced non-flammable coating that increases heat resistance for intensive everyday use. An ergonomic handle includes Thermopoint® technology — a coloured dot that changes from green to red to indicate when the pan has reached cooking temperature. The pan is compatible with induction, gas, electric, ceramic and halogen cooktops and is made in Italy. Advantages The combination of a durable die-cast aluminium body and a scratch-resistant PTFE (PFOA-free) KERAVIS coating provides even heat distribution and improved resistance to wear.
