Ballarini ALBA 28 cm frying pan combines a durable forged aluminium body with a Keravis Ti‑X nonstick coating reinforced with titanium, offering reliable everyday performance in a compact 28 cm diameter. The pan is designed for uniform heat distribution, compatibility with all common cooktops including induction, and oven use up to 250 °C. Stainless steel V‑handle with rivets remains cool in normal use and the pan is dishwasher safe. Made in Italy.
