Ballarini Ferrara frying pan, 24 cm, designed for efficient cooking with a durable five-layer nonstick coating reinforced with mineral particles. The aluminium core and Radiant bimetallic steel-aluminium base ensure fast and even heat distribution, making the pan suitable for frying, boiling and sautéing on all hob types including induction. The ergonomic Bakelite handle features a stainless steel centre and Thermopoint® temperature indicator to signal when the pan reaches optimal cooking temperature. Oven-safe up to 160°C and dishwasher safe.
