Ballarini Ferrara frying pan Ø20 cm with a 4 mm wall thickness combines a five-layer nonstick coating and a bimetallic base to ensure even heat distribution and quick heating. The pan is suitable for baking, boiling and sautéing without added fat and is compatible with all hob types, including induction. The Thermopoint® heat indicator on the ergonomic handle shows when the pan reaches cooking temperature. Made in Italy; dishwasher safe.

How to use
Before first use, wash the pan with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Heat the pan on the hob until the Thermopoint® changes colour from green to red—this indicates the pan has reached cooking temperature. Add ingredients and cook as required; after the Thermopoint® turns red you may reduce the flame to maintain temperature and avoid overheating. The scratch-resistant coating allows the occasional use of metal utensils, but using silicone or wooden utensils will prolong the coating life. The pan can be used in ovens up to 160°C.
Usage recommendations
To preserve the nonstick coating, avoid rapid temperature changes and do not overheat the empty pan. Although dishwasher safe, hand washing with a soft sponge will extend the coating’s lifetime. Colour of the product may vary from images.
