## Long description

Berlingo A4 clipboard in black is a portable writing board with a spring clip designed to hold A4-format documents securely. It provides a firm, flat surface for writing, filling forms, or reviewing papers while standing or on the go. The clipboard's minimalist black finish and compact dimensions make it easy to carry in a bag or use during meetings, deliveries, inspections and classes where A4 sheets require a stable support.
Advantages
This Berlingo clipboard offers a reliable metal spring clip that keeps papers in place and prevents slipping. The rigid backing ensures even pressure across the sheet for clearer handwriting and accurate form completion. Its lightweight construction balances portability with stability, and the neutral black colour suits professional and educational environments. The smooth surface is easy to clean and resists everyday wear from handling and transport.
Suitable for
Writing and signing documents in offices and reception areas
Fieldwork, inspections and deliveries where a flat writing surface is needed
Students and teachers for exams, classes and note-taking
Meetings, conferences and workshops for quick form completion
Key specifications
 Format compatibility: A4 sheets (210 × 297 mm)
 Colour: black
Clip type: spring/metal clip for secure grip
Material: rigid backing with smooth writable surface
Portability: lightweight and slim profile for carrying
How to use
Place A4 documents under the spring clip and press the clip to secure the sheets against the rigid backing. Use the clipboard as a stable surface for handwriting, filling in forms or reviewing papers while standing or seated. When not in use, the clipboard can be stored flat in a bag, briefcase or a shelf. Wipe the surface with a soft damp cloth to remove dirt or pencil marks; avoid abrasive cleaners to preserve the finish.
Usage recommendations
For best results, align documents neatly under the clip and avoid overloading the clipboard with excessive sheets to maintain a firm writing surface. Use a medium or hard pen tip for clearer writing on the rigid surface, and store the clipboard in a dry place to prevent moisture-related warping.
