## Long description

The Berndes Tricion Zero Frying Pan 28cm Stainless Steel Induction is a professional-grade cookware piece crafted from pure satin-finished stainless steel without any non-stick coating. Designed with a three-ply material construction and a full-surface induction base, this frying pan ensures rapid and uniform heat distribution across the entire cooking surface. It is engineered to withstand intensive use, making it completely compatible with metal kitchen utensils and safe for oven use as well as dishwasher cleaning.
Advantages
This frying pan offers exceptional durability and a long lifespan due to its solid stainless steel construction free of chemical coatings. The three-ply material combined with the full-surface induction base eliminates hot spots, delivering reliable temperature control for precise cooking results. Its uncoated surface allows for intensive searing at high temperatures, creating rich crusts on meats and vegetables. Furthermore, the pan is versatile enough for all hob types and oven use, while its dishwasher-safe design ensures effortless cleanup after every meal.
Suitable for
Searing meat, steaks, and poultry at high temperatures
Caramelizing and roasting vegetables
Deglazing and making pan sauces
Oven-finished dishes requiring heat-resistant cookware
Everyday cooking on induction, gas, electric, and ceramic hobs
When it may not be suitable
This frying pan may not be ideal for users looking for a traditional non-stick cooking experience with effortless release for delicate foods like eggs or fish without prior practice. Because it lacks a non-stick coating, it requires careful temperature management, proper preheating, and the use of cooking fats to prevent sticking.
Key specifications
Diameter: 28 cm
Material: Pure satin-finished stainless steel
Construction: Three-ply material
Base type: Full-surface induction base
Hob compatibility: All hob types including induction
Oven compatibility: Suitable for oven use
Utensil compatibility: Compatible with metal kitchen utensils
Cleaning: Dishwasher safe
How to use
To achieve optimal results with the Berndes Tricion Zero Frying Pan, start by preheating the empty pan over medium heat. Once heated, add a small amount of cooking oil or fat and allow it to coat the surface evenly. Place the food into the pan and let it sear without moving it immediately; the food will naturally release from the surface once a proper crust forms. For delicate ingredients, use lower heat, slightly more fat, and allow extra time.
What to consider before purchase
Absence of a non-stick coating requires adherence to specific heating and cooking techniques
Requires the use of cooking oils or fats during food preparation
Requires proper temperature management to prevent food from sticking
Metal construction heats up very rapidly on the stovetop
Usage recommendations: Always preheat the pan and use the water drop test to check temperature before adding oil and food. Adjust the heat gradually and avoid forcing food to move before a natural crust develops to ensure the best culinary outcomes.
