## Long description

The Berretti BR-9850 Bamboo Cutting Board is a reliable and practical accessory designed for everyday food preparation in the kitchen. Crafted from natural bamboo, this kitchen board provides a sturdy surface for daily cooking tasks such as slicing, chopping, and dicing vegetables, fruits, and meats. Its compact dimensions make it easy to handle and store, while the natural material helps protect your kitchen countertops from scratches and assists in preserving the sharpness of your knife blades over time.
Advantages
The Berretti bamboo cutting board offers a durable and functional surface built to withstand regular kitchen use. Bamboo is naturally resistant to moisture absorption, making this board a hygienic choice for food handling. Additionally, the lightweight construction ensures easy manoeuvrability during meal preparation and cleaning, while the natural wood grain adds a traditional aesthetic to any kitchen interior.
Suitable for
Daily food preparation and meal cooking
Slicing and dicing vegetables, fruits, and herbs
Chopping boneless meats and poultry
Serving light snacks or cheese platters
This board may not be suitable for heavy-duty butchery tasks involving large bones or heavy cleavers, nor is it designed for long-term soaking in water or cleaning inside an automatic dishwasher, as excessive moisture can warp the natural bamboo material.
Key specifications
Material: Natural bamboo
Application: Kitchen food preparation and cutting
Surface: Smooth and knife-friendly
Design: Portable and lightweight
Before use, wash the board thoroughly with warm water and mild dish soap. Place the board on a stable, flat kitchen surface to prevent slipping during cutting tasks. After each use, hand wash the board promptly and dry it with a towel. Do not submerge the board in water or place it in a dishwasher.
What to consider before purchase
Check the dimensions (28x21x1,8 cm) to ensure the board meets your workspace and storage requirements
Note that natural bamboo requires periodic maintenance, such as oiling, to maintain its appearance and longevity
Ensure you are comfortable with hand-washing only, as dishwasher cleaning is not recommended
To maintain the quality and extend the lifespan of your Berretti bamboo cutting board, apply a thin coat of food-safe mineral oil periodically. Avoid exposing the board to extreme temperatures or storing it in damp areas.
