Especially for people with induction cooktops, Bialetti has updated the classic Moka Express percolator. This updated version has an aluminum top and a stainless steel water reservoir. This makes the percolator suitable for all heat sources including induction.
The aluminum top gives the coffee its delicious taste. Underneath is a silicone ring that allows you to grip the moka induction properly. The handle is made of plastic and is heat-resistant, so it stays cool.
