## Long description

Börner V5-POWER RĪVE DE1435G54033 is a universal grater in green plastic with an integrated stand designed for slicing and grating vegetables and fruits. The compact design combines a durable grating surface with a stable stand to keep the tool secure on kitchen worktops. It is intended for routine food preparation tasks in home kitchens where space-saving and straightforward operation are priorities.
Advantages
The grater provides a consistent cut and grating performance thanks to a precision ground surface suitable for a range of vegetable and fruit textures. Its integrated stand improves stability during use and helps reduce hand fatigue by maintaining a steady angle. Constructed from food-safe plastic with easily accessible surfaces, the tool is lightweight and easy to handle, store, and clean.
Suitable for
Slicing potatoes, carrots and cucumbers.
Grating hard and semi-hard vegetables and fruits such as cabbage and apples.
Preparing ingredients for salads, garnishes and side dishes.
Compact kitchen setups where a space-saving grater with a stand is needed.
Key specifications
Material: food-safe plastic body with metal cutting surface.
Integrated stand for improved stability during use.
Universal grating surface suitable for slicing and grating tasks.
Compact, lightweight design for easy storage and handling.
How to use
Place the grater on a flat work surface and unfold or position the integrated stand so the device rests securely. Hold the grater with one hand and move the vegetable or fruit across the cutting surface with the other using steady pressure. For safer operation, keep fingers and knuckles away from the cutting area and use a protective holder if available. After use, rinse off residues under running water and dry before storing; for thorough cleaning remove any trapped pieces with a soft brush.
Usage recommendations
Use firm, even strokes when slicing or grating to maintain an even result and avoid excessive pressure that could stress the stand. For delicate items, reduce force and change angle slightly to prevent crushing. Regularly inspect the cutting surface and clean immediately after use to preserve performance and hygiene.
