The BRABANTIA Zenn Gourmet frying pan, 24 cm, is a forged recycled aluminium pan with a cast stainless steel handle and a non-stick ceramic coating. It is intended for everyday stovetop frying and sautéing of vegetables, meat and eggs. The pan is PFAS-free, distributes heat evenly thanks to its induction-capable base, and can be used on gas, electric and induction hobs as well as in the oven up to 200°C.
