The Braun CG 9040 contact grill delivers versatile grilling on a large rectangular surface with 2000 W power and embedded heating elements for faster, more consistent cooking. A dedicated Sear Button raises the temperature to about 250°C for a short time to produce a browned crust on steaks and thick cuts. How to use
