## Long description

The BROCK DAF 6502 Air Fryer with 6.5L Capacity, 1800W Power, 12 Programs, Adjustable Thermostat, and 60-Minute Timer is a versatile kitchen appliance designed to help you prepare everyday meals efficiently and with minimal added fat. Utilizing rapid air circulation technology, this air fryer ensures even cooking results for a wide variety of ingredients, from vegetables and poultry to baked goods. Its generous capacity and high power output make meal preparation straightforward for households that value both speed and convenience in the kitchen.
Advantages
This air fryer offers numerous benefits for modern cooking routines. The spacious 6.5-litre basket accommodates larger portions, reducing the need for batch cooking and saving valuable time. With 1800 watts of power, the appliance heats up quickly and maintains stable temperatures throughout the cooking cycle. The inclusion of 12 preset programs simplifies the preparation of popular dishes at the touch of a button, while manual adjustments remain fully accessible via the adjustable thermostat and integrated timer.
Suitable for
Cooking meals with little to no oil for healthier daily nutrition
Roasting meats, poultry, and vegetables evenly
Baking small cakes, pastries, and snacks
Reheating leftovers while maintaining crisp textures
When it may not be suitable
This appliance may not be the ideal choice for preparing very large family feasts that require cooking multiple distinct dishes simultaneously, as the single 6.5-litre basket has spatial limitations. Additionally, users who prefer traditional deep-frying methods submerged in large quantities of oil will find that air fryers deliver a different texture and taste profile.
Key specifications
6.5-litre food basket capacity
1800W power consumption
Adjustable thermostat ranging from 80 to 200 degrees Celsius
Integrated timer up to 60 minutes
12 preset cooking programs
Built-in overheating protection system
Non-slip feet for enhanced stability
How to use
To begin cooking, place the air fryer on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface ensuring the non-slip feet provide secure placement. Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet rated for 220-240V. Prepare your ingredients, place them into the basket, and insert the basket securely into the main unit. Select one of the 12 preset programs or manually adjust the temperature between 80 and 200 degrees Celsius and set the timer up to 60 minutes. Once the cooking cycle completes, carefully remove the basket using handles and let the appliance cool before cleaning.
What to consider before purchase
Ensure you have adequate countertop space to accommodate the appliance dimensions and proper ventilation clearance
Verify that your kitchen electrical circuit can support an 1800W appliance
Consider whether a 6.5-litre capacity aligns with your standard household portion requirements
Usage recommendations
For best results, do not overcrowd the cooking basket to allow optimal air circulation around the food, and shake or turn ingredients halfway through the cooking process for even browning. Always allow the removable parts to cool completely before cleaning with non-abrasive sponges and mild detergent.
