## Summary description

Surface mounting frame Caison SENSE designed for 600x600 mm LED panels. Provides a clean and secure ceiling or wall installation solution for commercial and office lighting applications. Made for durable mounting compatibility.

## Long description

The Caison SENSE Surface Mounting Frame is specifically designed to accommodate standard 600x600 mm LED panels, offering a reliable and professional solution for spaces where recessed ceiling installation is not possible. This mounting frame ensures a neat and secure fit, allowing you to transform standard LED panels into surface-mounted ceiling or wall fixtures. Crafted with durability in mind, it provides a stable housing structure that integrates smoothly into various interior designs while maintaining the structural integrity of the lighting setup.
Advantages
The Caison SENSE surface mounting frame simplifies the installation of LED panels on solid ceilings and walls where cavity mounting is impractical. Its robust construction ensures long-lasting support and secure positioning of the lighting fixture. The clean finish contributes to a professional and understated appearance, making it suitable for modern architectural environments. By utilizing this frame, installers can expand their mounting options without compromising on safety or aesthetic standards.
Suitable for
Office buildings and open-plan workspaces
Retail stores and commercial showrooms
Educational institutions such as schools and universities
Healthcare facilities, clinics, and waiting rooms
Corridors, hallways, and utility rooms with solid ceilings
This product may not be suitable if your interior requires recessed flush-mounted lighting or if your LED panels differ from the standard 600x600 mm dimension. It is also not intended for outdoor environments without adequate weather protection or for hanging suspension setups that require wire kits instead of direct surface attachment.
Key specifications
Designed for 600x600 mm LED panels
Surface mounting application for ceilings and walls
Rigid frame construction
Compatible with standard commercial lighting layouts
To use the frame, first assemble the outer perimeter pieces according to the provided instructions, leaving one side open. Secure the assembled frame firmly to the target ceiling or wall surface using appropriate fasteners corresponding to the wall or ceiling material. Insert the LED panel into the frame, connect the electrical wiring safely following local electrical standards, and then close the remaining side of the frame to lock the panel securely in place.
What to consider before purchase
Verify that your LED panels measure exactly 600x600 mm
Check the load-bearing capacity of your ceiling or wall surface
Ensure you have sufficient clearance and proper tools for surface installation
Confirm whether recessed or surface mounting is preferred for your room layout
For optimal installation results, ensure the mounting surface is completely flat and use appropriate anchors for drywall, concrete, or plaster ceilings. Always disconnect the power supply before performing any electrical connections or panel insertions.
