## Long description

The CamelBak Quick Stow Flask soft running flask 355ml is a collapsible hydration solution designed specifically for runners, athletes, and fitness enthusiasts. Built to provide convenient and lightweight hydration during workouts, trail running, and endurance activities, this flask offers a practical way to carry water or sports drinks. Its flexible design allows the container to shrink as you drink, which effectively minimizes water sloshing and reduces bulk as it empties. The compact shape ensures it fits easily into running vests, hydration belts, or pockets.
Advantages
This soft running flask stands out due to its lightweight and collapsible construction, making it exceptionally easy to carry and store once empty. The high-flow, self-sealing bite valve allows for effortless drinking on the move while preventing annoying leaks and spills. Additionally, the wide-mouth opening simplifies the refilling process and makes cleaning much more convenient after a long run.
Suitable for
Trail running and road running workouts
Endurance sports and marathon training
Hiking and fast-packing excursions
Gym sessions and fitness training
When it may not be suitable
This product may not be suitable for individuals looking for a rigid bottle that can be easily slid into standard bicycle cage mounts without a specific adapter. It is also designed for short to medium-range hydration needs and may not hold enough liquid for ultra-long expeditions without access to refill stations.
Key specifications
Capacity: 355 ml
Material: Flexible, collapsible polymer
Valve type: High-flow, self-sealing bite valve
Design feature: Shrinks as liquid is consumed
How to use
Before use, fill the flask with your preferred beverage through the wide-mouth opening and securely seal the cap. Slide the flask into your running vest, belt, or hand strap. When you need a drink, simply bring the bite valve to your mouth and bite gently while sipping to activate the high-flow mechanism. The valve automatically reseals after each sip to prevent leaking. As you consume the liquid, the flask naturally collapses, reducing movement and sloshing during activity. After use, wash the flask thoroughly and allow it to dry completely before storing.
What to consider before purchase
Verify that your existing running vest or belt can accommodate a 355ml soft flask.
Consider whether the 355ml capacity meets your specific hydration duration requirements.
Assess your preference for soft collapsible flasks versus rigid water bottles.
For optimal hygiene and product longevity, rinse the CamelBak Quick Stow Flask after every use and store it completely dry in a well-ventilated area.
