## Summary description

Capture CA-LB7004 direct thermal printer labels in white color and fanfold format. Designed for efficient shipping and logistics use with a label width of 10 cm and height of 15 cm. These uncoated thermal labels ensure clear printing results for various business and warehousing applications.

## Long description

The Capture CA-LB7004 direct thermal printer labels provide a reliable solution for everyday shipping, logistics, and warehousing needs. Supplied in a convenient white fanfold format, these uncoated thermal labels measure 10 cm in width and 15 cm in height, making them an ideal choice for standard shipping documents and parcel identification. Engineered specifically for direct thermal printing technology, they eliminate the need for ink, toner, or ribbons, ensuring a straightforward and efficient labelling process for businesses of all sizes.
Advantages
These thermal labels offer consistent performance through direct thermal print technology, which streamlines operations by removing the need for additional consumables like ribbons or ink cartridges. The fanfold design allows for smooth and continuous feeding into compatible printers, reducing downtime associated with roll changes. The permanent adhesive ensures that once applied to packaging, the labels remain securely in place throughout transit and storage. Their standard 10 x 15 cm dimensions accommodate clear barcodes, destination addresses, and tracking information without crowding.
Suitable for
Printing shipping and logistics labels for parcels and pallets
Creating warehouse inventory and bin identification markers
Generating postage and courier waybills
E-commerce order fulfillment processes
When it may not be suitable
These labels may not be suitable for applications that require long-term archival storage or exposure to direct sunlight and high temperatures, as direct thermal paper can fade over time. They are also incompatible with standard inkjet or laser printers, requiring a dedicated direct thermal printing device.

How to use
Load the fanfold label stack into the rear or bottom feed slot of a compatible direct thermal printer, ensuring the printable surface faces upward or toward the printhead according to your printer manufacturer guidelines. Adjust the paper guides gently to fit the 10 cm width to prevent jams during printing. Calibrate your printer settings to match the 10 x 15 cm dimensions before sending your print jobs. Store unused fanfold stacks in a cool, dry place away from direct light to maintain thermal coating sensitivity.
What to consider before purchase
Verify that your printer supports direct thermal printing and can accommodate fanfold media formats
Confirm that the 10 x 15 cm dimensions meet your specific shipping carrier or internal documentation requirements
Check that a permanent adhesive is appropriate for your intended application surfaces
For optimal print clarity and to prevent premature fading, store unused fanfold labels in their original packaging away from heat sources, extreme humidity, and direct UV light.
