## Long description

Vacu ZIP-bags 26x35 cm designed for use with the CASO ZIP adapter and vacuum hose (not included), as well as the CASO Vacu OneTouch. These vacuum sealer accessory bags are made from thick, durable material to ensure airtight storage and extended shelf life of food. They are suitable for food preservation, sous vide cooking and general storage tasks.
Advantages
Material thickness 150 μm provides high tear resistance even with pointed objects such as bones or fishbones. A stable rib structure ensures 100% tightness and protection against freezer burn. The bags help keep food fresh for up to eight times longer compared with normal storage. They are microwave-safe (up to 12 minutes at 650 W), dishwasher-safe and reusable. Suitable for sous vide: boil-proof up to 100 °C for a maximum of 8 hours. The product includes Food Manager stickers for organising and labelling stored food.

Insert food into the Vacu ZIP-bag, seal the opening with the CASO ZIP adapter and connect the vacuum hose to your vacuum sealer or to the CASO Vacu OneTouch. Follow the vacuum sealer instructions to remove air and create an airtight seal. For sous vide cooking, ensure the seal is intact and submerge the bag in water at the recommended temperature (not exceeding 100 °C) for the required time. For reheating in the microwave, open the bag slightly or use a microwave-safe setting and do not exceed 12 minutes at 650 W.
Usage recommendations
Check the bag and seal for damage before use; do not use bags with visible punctures. Do not expose bags to direct flame or temperatures above 100 °C.
