## Long description

The Cecotec Cafelizzia 790 Steel Pro is a semi-auto espresso machine designed to bring the coffee shop experience directly to your kitchen. With a powerful 1350 W heating system and a generous 1.2 L water tank capacity, this appliance allows you to prepare rich espresso, creamy cappuccinos, and various multi-beverage options using your favorite ground coffee. Featuring a durable stainless steel housing and intuitive button controls, it combines reliable performance with modern kitchen aesthetics, giving you full control over your daily coffee preparation.
Advantages
This semi-automatic espresso machine delivers exceptional brewing performance thanks to its robust 1350 W power output, ensuring efficient water heating for consistent extraction. The integrated cappuccino system allows you to texture milk precisely for velvety lattes and cappuccinos, while the dedicated hot water system adds extra versatility for preparing tea or long drinks. Its capacity to brew up to two cups simultaneously saves time when serving guests or preparing morning beverages for two. Constructed with a stainless steel finish, the unit offers long-lasting durability and is easy to clean, making it a practical addition to any countertop.
Suitable for
Preparing traditional espresso using ground coffee
Making cappuccinos and texturing milk for coffee-based drinks
Brewing up to two cups of coffee at the same time
Supplying hot water for tea and other hot beverages
Home kitchens with limited to medium counter space
When it may not be suitable
This appliance may not be suitable for users who prefer the convenience of fully automatic bean-to-cup machines with integrated grinders, as it requires manual handling of ground coffee. Additionally, households requiring continuous high-volume commercial output might find the 1.2 L water tank capacity and semi-automatic operation less ideal for heavy multi-user environments.

How to use
To operate the Cecotec Cafelizzia 790 Steel Pro, fill the removable water tank with clean water and turn on the machine to let it reach the optimal brewing temperature. Place your chosen ground coffee into the portafilter and tamp it evenly before locking it securely into the group head. Use the button controls to select your desired brewing option for one or two cups of espresso. If you wish to prepare milk-based drinks, activate the cappuccino system to froth milk in a separate jug before pouring it over your freshly brewed espresso.
What to consider before purchase
Ensure you have a separate coffee grinder if you prefer using freshly ground coffee beans
Check available counter space to accommodate the machine dimensions
Consider the 1.2 L water tank capacity relative to your daily household coffee consumption
Confirm that you prefer a semi-automatic brewing process over fully automated options
Regularly clean the portafilter, steam wand, and water reservoir to maintain optimal performance and ensure the best taste in every cup of coffee. Descale the machine periodically according to water hardness levels to extend its lifespan.
