## Long description

The Chaba Story Jungle Size L Martingale Dog Collar is a reliable and functional accessory designed for daily dog walks, training sessions, and controlled handling. Featuring a width of 3.0 cm and an adjustable length ranging from 36 to 63 cm, this durable semi-slip collar provides a secure and comfortable fit for larger dogs. The martingale design gently tightens under leash tension to prevent the dog from backing out of the collar, making it an effective tool for walks without applying excessive pressure to the neck when relaxed.
Advantages
This martingale dog collar offers a balanced approach to canine control and comfort during outdoor activities. The semi-slip mechanism ensures that the collar tightens moderately when the dog pulls, discouraging pulling behavior and minimizing the risk of escape. With a sturdy width of 3.0 cm, the pressure is evenly distributed across the neck surface, reducing strain during sudden movements. The adjustable length from 36 to 63 cm allows for a precise fit as the dog grows or if winter coats add extra volume. Constructed from robust materials suited for regular use, it stands up well to daily wear and tear in various weather conditions.
Suitable for
Daily dog walks in urban or rural environments
Basic obedience training and controlled handling
Dogs with head shapes narrower than their necks that tend to slip out of standard collars
Medium to large dog breeds requiring a secure semi-slip solution
When it may not be suitable
This collar is not recommended for dogs left unattended while tied up, as the semi-slip mechanism can catch on objects and pose a safety hazard. It is also unsuitable for puppies that are still growing rapidly beyond the maximum adjustment range or for toy breeds where a 3.0 cm width would be disproportionately bulky.
Key specifications
Product type: Martingale dog collar
Size: L
Width: 3.0 cm
Adjustable length: 36-63 cm
Design: Semi-slip
How to use
To use the Chaba Story Jungle martingale collar, adjust the slider to fit your dog's neck measurements. When properly adjusted, the collar should fit comfortably around the neck with enough room to slip over the head, while the smaller loop should tighten just enough to prevent slipping off when the leash is pulled. Attach the leash to the designated ring on the martingale loop. Always inspect the material and stitching regularly for signs of wear to ensure safe handling during every outing.
What to consider before purchase
Measure your dog's neck accurately to ensure the 36-63 cm adjustment range is appropriate
Verify that the 3.0 cm width is suitable for your dog's breed size and neck length
Assess whether a semi-slip martingale design aligns with your training and walking preferences
Usage recommendations: Regularly check the fit of the collar to ensure it is neither too loose nor too tight, and remove the collar indoors or when the dog is off-leash to prevent accidental snagging.
