## Summary description

The CHERRY STREAM keyboard features a full-size layout with 104 mechanical keys and a 1.8m USB cable. Designed for office use, it provides a reliable and comfortable typing experience.

## Long description

The CHERRY STREAM keyboard is a full-size wired USB keyboard with a QWERTY US English layout and a slim, stable design. It combines CHERRY's reputation for reliability and a refined typing feel with practical features for office use, including 104 keys, ten additional hotkeys for multimedia and productivity, status LEDs integrated into the keys, and a 1.8 m USB cable for plug & play connection.
Advantages
The keyboard offers a quiet scissor-switch typing mechanism that reduces noise compared with previous models while maintaining precise, comfortable key action. An integrated metal plate increases torsional stiffness and stability despite the slim profile, and rubber feet plus fold-out feet keep the keyboard firmly in place. Built-in status LEDs for Caps Lock, Num and Scroll Lock are visible directly in the keycaps, and extra multimedia and office keys provide quick access to browser, email, calculator and media controls without requiring additional drivers.
Suitable for
Office environments with multiple workstations where quiet typing is important
Home offices and general desktop use
Users who prefer a full-size QWERTY layout and dedicated media/office hotkeys
When it may not be suitable
The STREAM keyboard is a full-size wired device and may not be suitable for users who need a compact or wireless keyboard for portability. It is designed primarily for standard desktop use and does not include an integrated pointing device or ergonomic split design.
Key specifications
Form factor: Full-size (100%) with 104 keys
Switch type: Scissor-style key mechanism (quiet typing)

Interface: USB, 1.8 m cable, plug & play

How to use
Connect the keyboard to a free USB port using the attached 1.8 m cable; the device is recognized automatically and requires no additional drivers. Use the full-size layout as a standard desktop keyboard and press the dedicated hotkeys to control media playback, open the browser, email client or calculator, or to lock the workstation. Adjust the fold-out feet and position the rubber pads to obtain a stable typing angle.
What to consider before purchase
If you require wireless connectivity or a compact layout, consider a different model
Check that a full-size wired keyboard with a US English QWERTY layout fits your language and desk setup
Ensure a free USB port and adequate cable routing for the 1.8 m USB cable
Usage recommendations
For a quieter office environment, place the keyboard on a stable desk surface, use the rubber pads and fold-out feet for optimal stability, and use the dedicated multimedia and office keys to streamline routine tasks without installing extra software.
