Coravin Pivot – Black is a pour-and-preserve wine system designed to let you serve wine from an opened bottle without removing the stopper. The device uses replaceable Pivot stoppers and pure argon capsules to displace air and preserve the remaining wine for up to 4 weeks while an optional aerator attachment rapidly introduces controlled aeration as you pour.
