## Long description

The waistband clip for COROS POD 2 is an accessory designed to attach the COROS POD 2 running pod securely to a waistband. It provides a low-profile mounting option that keeps the pod in stable, consistent contact with the body during running and training. The clip eliminates the need for a separate strap while maintaining the sensor position required for accurate cadence, stride length and other running metrics.
Advantages
The clip offers a compact and lightweight mounting solution that preserves sensor alignment and reduces movement during activity. Its design allows quick attachment and removal of the POD 2, enabling easy transitions between sessions. The low-profile form factor minimizes interference with clothing and reduces chafing compared with bulkier holders.
Suitable for
Daily runs and easy training sessions
Interval workouts and tempo runs
Race day use when a minimal setup is required
Athletes who prefer clip mounting instead of straps
Key specifications
Purpose: secure, low-profile attachment for a running pod
Compatibility: designed for COROS POD 2 running pod
Material: durable, lightweight polymer construction
Mount type: waistband clip suitable for typical running shorts and tights
Finish: smooth surface to limit clothing abrasion
How to use
Slide the COROS POD 2 into the clip until it locks into place, then attach the clip to the waistband of your shorts, tights or running belt so the pod sits flat against the body. Ensure the pod is positioned according to your training device’s guidelines for consistent data capture. To remove, press the release point on the clip and slide the pod out. Regularly check the clip and pod seating before each run to confirm a secure fit.
Usage recommendations
Position the POD 2 centrally on the waistband and avoid mounting over thick seams or bulky pockets. Inspect the clip for wear periodically and replace it if the retention feels loose. For activities with unusual movement patterns, verify data consistency after switching mounting methods.
