de Buyer Brioche mould D-4702-10 is a steel baking mould with a 10 cm diameter designed for individual brioches, small round cakes and flans. The mould follows a classic French brioche shape, is undeformable and watertight, and combines iron's heat retention with a PFOA-free PTFE non-stick coating to support uniform cooking and easy release. Supplied as a single piece, it is suitable for repeated use in conventional ovens up to 220°C.

How to use
